Apparel Printing Requirements:
Required File Formats:
Direct to Garment (Full Color):
- .Png or .Jpg or Adobe Illustrator (Ai)
- Graphic Required Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- For projects where white will NOT be printed be sure to use PNG with transparent background. *Note: .png has a superior quality, and we prefer this format for any dark color apparel items.
Silk Screen:
- Adobe Illustrator (.Ai)
- Graphic Required Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
Art Services: Contact us to discuss your project. If you lack the resources to convert your standard JPG, TIFF, PNG or other file to vector based art, we offer a 36-hour conversion service for $50 per graphic image. NOTE: each image is considered one conversion, even when combining multiple images into one graphic. Images must be 150 DPI or greater to successfully convert to a clear vector graphic format.
Art Tips:
- Look at your art the size you want to print it. If it is blurry and pixilated when blown up to that size, then that is how it will print
- All images should be saved at 300 dpi or higher
- You cannot use 72 dpi images straight from the internet
- Art background must be transparent otheriwse a white box will print
- You cannot use wallet sized scanned photos
