GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM PRINT Merchandise
We accept most versions of the following applications for either platform (MAC or PC). We prefer to receive vector-based electronic files in Adobe Illustrator (Ai) format. All artwork must be set up with clearly identified spot colors and all fonts must be converted to outlines.
Art Services: Contact us to discuss your project. If you lack the resources to convert your standard JPG, TIFF, PNG or other file to vector based art, we offer a 36-hour conversion service for $50 per graphic image. NOTE: each image is considered one conversion even when combining multiple images into one graphic. Images must be 150 dpi or greater to successfully convert to a clear vector graphic format.
Preferred Formats
Adobe Illustrator (Ai) - Most preferred, will yield quickest response.
Microsoft Expression Design – We accept Expression 2 and greater files.
Adobe PhotoShop (.psd, .tif, .jpg, .eps) - Will require conversion service. If you have Adobe PhotoShop please export to Ai with full paths. When providing your art in one of the Photoshop formats, we require the art to be a minimum of 300 dpi, it will help ensure quality. *We Reserve the right to decide what is or is not acceptable format.
Please provide any fonts required for your design or take the proper measure to ensure no fonts will be required to open and print your artwork correctly. In Ai, this means outlining all text and all elements of your graphic.
Please send all files associated with your artwork. (Ex: When linked files are used, please send the linked file along with your artwork.)
